Activating the HCSS Web Edition Module in EWBills

Before you can use the HCSS Web Edition Pre-Bill Module, you’ll need to request activation from the EWBills support team.

How to Request Activation

  1. Send an Email to Support
    Email help@extraworkbilling.com with your request to enable the HCSS Web Edition Pre-Bill Module for your company.

  2. Include This Information:

    • Your company name

    • Confirmation that you have received your HCSS API credentials

  3. Subscription Requirement
    If your current plan does not include the Pre-Bill Module, we will need to upgrade your subscription before activation. Please contact us to discuss pricing and options.

  4. Wait for Confirmation
    The support team will notify you once your subscription (if needed) has been updated and the module is activated.

User Access Setup

After activation, make sure that applicable users have permission to access the module:

  • Go to User Settings in EWBills.

  • Enable access to the Pre-Bill Module for relevant users.

🔐 Only users with the appropriate access will see the module features in the application.
